Koruna opět posílila k euru i dolaru
Prague - The Czech crown firmed again today, standing 13 hellers stronger against the euro at Kc25.70/EUR and six hellers stronger against the dollar at Kc18.86/$ at around 17:00, server Patria Online said.
The reason behind the crown's correction against the euro in the afternoon were weaker data from the US labour market which worsened investors' sentiment to riskier assets, Jiri Skop from Komercni banka said.
The Polish zloty registered significant losses, while the Hungarian forint traded around the morning levels even in the afternoon, Skop said.
Global investors' appetite for risk should continue to pull regional currencies, he said, adding no interesting regional data are to be published on Friday.
The US dollar slightly corrected its morning gains to the euro, trading at $1.3624/EUR at 17:00.
